I have just discovered you while loo...Dear Dorothy,
I have just discovered you while looking up reviews of my first Charles Todd book, A Test of Wills--and now I see you have reviewed Tenth of December, which I had also highly anticipated due to the lavish praise heaped on it. I was hoping it would turn me into a "short story person" -- alas, it didn't, and I was disappointed.
I am, however, delighted with your blogs (thanks for introducing Henri the cat, what a hoot!). My late mother lived the last few years of her life in your neck of the woods (in Conroe)and we spent a lot of time birdwatching. She would have liked to know about you. (Her birthday was also early August--I love connections!)
Happy belated Birthday, and Happy Birding,
Celia
and miaow to Beau and Bella from Charlie and Daisy Celia from Torontohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07806394386396064866noreply@blogger.com
